Одним із пріоритетних напрямів перебудови національної економіки є необхідність створення передумов для ефективного функціонування готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, що є однією з важливих складових туристичної інфраструктури, важливим напрямом соціально-економічного розвитку країни, який виступає основним джерелом надходження валютних коштів в економіку, презентує вітчизняний туристичний продукт на світовому ринку, як наслідок є рушійною силою в процесі глобалізації та інтеграції України до світового економічного простору. Результати проведеного дослідження дозволили запропонувати власну дефініцію терміна “підприємства готельно-ресторанного бізнесу”, що відповідає сучасним умовам господарювання. Запропонувати класифікацію готельних послуг, що дозволяє здійснювати акумулювання інформації відповідно до виділених центрів витрат і центрів відповідальності з урахуванням особливостей їх надання та з метою ефективного управління й належної побудови системи обліку і внутрішнього контролю. Запропоновано методичний підхід до обліку витрат, пов’язаних із виробничим процесом підприємства, витрат загальногосподарського призначення, а також модель організації бухгалтерського обліку та управління виробничими витратами готелю. Удосконалено загальну схему організації внутрішнього контролю з урахуванням виділених процесів у розрізі структурних підрозділів і центрів витрат. Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. One of the priority directions of the reconstruction of the national economy is the need to create prerequisites for the effective functioning of the hotel and restaurant business, which is one of the important components of the tourist infrastructure, an important direction of the socio-economic development of the country, which acts as the main source of inflow of foreign currency funds into the economy, presents the domestic tourist product on the world market, as a result is a driving force in the process of globalization and integration of Ukraine into the world economic space. The results of the research allowed us to offer our own definition of the term "enterprises of the hotel and restaurant business", which corresponds to modern business conditions. To propose a classification of hotel services that allows the accumulation of information in accordance with the allocated cost centers and responsibility centers, taking into account the specifics of their provision and for the purpose of effective management and proper construction of the accounting and internal control system. A methodical approach to the accounting of costs related to the production process of the enterprise, costs of general economic purpose, as well as a model of the organization of accounting and management of production costs of the hotel is proposed. The general scheme of the organization of internal control has been improved, taking into account the selected processes in terms of structural subdivisions and cost centers. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
