Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення комунікативної політики підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади удосконалення механізму управління комунікативної політики АТ «Трест ЖИТЛОБУД-1» з метою підвищення ефективності її діяльності. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні аспекти комунікативної політики підприємства. У другому розділі досліджено поточний стан та визначено основні тенденції розвитку АТ «Трест ЖИТЛОБУД-1»; досліджено напрямки діяльності та оцінено фінансово-економічний стан досліджуваного підприємства; досліджено систему управління комунікаційної політики підприємства АТ «Трест ЖИТЛОБУД-1». У третьому розділі досліджено систему підходів, методологію та сучасний досвід удосконалення комунікативної політики підприємства. Висновки. Комунікативна політика підприємства зосереджена на впровадженні та вдосконаленні заходів інформаційного забезпечення та розширенні їх привабливості у фірмі. Щоб організація могла перевершити інші організації, вона повинна зосередити свої комунікаційні знання, здібності та повноваження через потік інформації з різними елементами, залученими в процес комунікації. Динамічне бізнес-середовище, засноване на сучасному інноваційно-технологічному розвитку, створює велику кількість проблем для корпоративних комунікацій. Це впливає на ефективність комунікаційної політики компанії. The main purpose of the qualification master's thesis is to systematize theoretical provisions and substantiate practical recommendations on ways to improve the communication policy of the enterprise. The object of research is the process of improving the communication policy of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of improving the mechanism of management of the communication policy of JSC “Trust Zhilstroy-1” in order to increase the efficiency of its activities. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references and appendices. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical aspects of the enterprise's communication policy. The second section examines the current state and identifies the main trends in the development of JSC “Trust Zhilstroy-1”; examines the areas of activity and assesses the financial and economic condition of the enterprise under study; examines the management system of the communication policy of JSC “Trust Zhilstroy-1”. The third section examines the system of approaches, methodology and modern experience of improving the communication policy of an enterprise. Conclusions. The communication policy of an enterprise is focused on the implementation and improvement of information support measures and expanding their attractiveness in the firm. In order for an organization to outperform other organizations, it must focus its communication knowledge, abilities and powers through the flow of information with various elements involved in the communication process. The dynamic business environment based on modern innovation and technological development creates a large number of challenges for corporate communications.
