Розглянуто технологічне обладнання для обробітку деталей типу «корпус». Розроблено послідовність проведення технологічного процесу за допомогою спроектованого технологічного обладнання, на підставі якого складена докладна технологічна карта процесу. Здійснено аналіз шкідливих та небезпечних виробничих факторів на механічній ділянці, визначено заходи щодо боротьби з ними, опрацьовані питання техніки безпеки, перераховано комплекс заходів щодо зниження негативного впливу на навколишнє середовище. The paper deals with the design of the technological process of processing parts of the "body" type with the development of a section of the mechanical shop, indicating the list of works performed, the schedule of works, qualifications and number of performers, and the arrangement of technological equipment. The technological equipment for processing parts of the "body" type is considered. The sequence of the technological process with the help of the designed technological equipment is developed, on the basis of which a detailed technological process map is drawn up. An analysis of harmful and dangerous production factors at the mechanical section is carried out, measures to combat them are identified, safety issues are worked out, and a set of measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment is listed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
