Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування проблеми дослідження, проаналізовано стан та су часні тенденції діяльності аграрних підприємств різних форм власності і гос подарювання. Визначено напрями удосконалення організаційно-правового механізму управління сільськогосподарським підприємством. За умов рин кових трансформацій аграрних відносин запропоновано модель асоціації юридично самостійних суб‘єктів підприємницької діяльності конгломератно го типу. Обгрунтовано економічний механізм функціонування асоціації, який об’єднує товаровиробників навколо внутрішнього і зовнішнього ринку. Представлено концепцію розвитку мережі малих підприємств, як напрям збереження єдиного виробничо–господарського комплексу на основі синер гетичного підходу. The qualification work presents the results of scientific and practical research on the improvement of the organizational and legal mechanism of management of agrarian formations in the conditions of market transformations. The theoretical justification of the research problem was made, the state and modern trends of agricultural enterprises of various forms of ownership and management were analyzed. The areas of improvement of the organizational and legal mechanism of agricultural enterprise management have been determined. Under the conditions of market transformations of agrarian relations, a model of association of legally independent subjects of conglomerate-type entrepreneurial activity is proposed. The economic mechanism of the association's functioning, which unites producers around the domestic and foreign markets, is substantiated. The concept of the development of a network of small enterprises is presented as a way of preserving a single industrial and economic complex based on a synergistic approach. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
