Проведений аналіз ресурсного потенціалу та існуючої системи мотивації дозволив виявити можливість її удосконалення. The analysis of the resource potential and the existing motivation system made it possible to identify the possibility of its improvement. On the basis of the obtained results, specific ways of increasing the effectiveness of motivation in the organization were developed. The conclusion of the work emphasizes the relevance and importance of increasing innovative activity and effective management of the enterprise through motivation and stimulation of personnel.
