Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління поглибленням спеціалізації у сільськогосподарському підприємстві у сучасних умовах господарювання. Предметом дослідження є управлінські, технологічні та організаційні аспекти управління формуванням оптимальної галузевої структури сільськогосподарського підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження визначається комплексним теоретико-методологічним обґрунтуванням і розробкою рекомендацій щодо управління формуванням оптимальної галузевої структури у конкретному сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління формуванням оптимальної галузевої структури у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ПСП «Мельникове» та опрацьовуються управлінські, організаційні та технологічні параметри удосконалення галузевої структури у господарстві. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations and work out practical recommendations for managing the formation of the optimal branch structure of the agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the variability of the external environment. The object of the study is the process of managing the deepening of specialization in an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The subject of the study is managerial, technological and organizational aspects of managing the formation of the optimal branch structure of an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results is determined by a complex theoretical and methodological justification and the development of recommendations for managing the formation of an optimal branch structure in a specific agricultural enterprise. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of managing the formation of the optimal branch structure in the agricultural enterprise are elaborated. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the «Melnikove» PSP are carried out and the management, organizational and technological parameters of improving the branch structure in the economy are worked out.
