Хворобу спричиняють патогенні гриби з роду Microsporum, які поділяють на три групи: геофільні, зоофільні, антропофільні, в залежності від умов існування. Збудники мікроспорії характеризуються високою резистентністю в умовах навколишнього середовища, що обумовлює їх масове поширення у природі. Мікроспорія набуває широкого розповсюдження серед тварин, крім того певні її види викликають хвороби і у людини. Для швидкої та ефективної діагностики розроблені сучасні методики, які крім переваг мають і свої недоліки. Профілактичні заходи, необхідно застосовувати враховуючи епізоотичні дані, клінічний стан тварини, племінну цінність та ін. У собак найчастіше мікроспорія спричинена видами Microsporum canis та Microsporum gypseum [3]. Ці ж види (M. canis, M. gypseum) та антропофільний дерматофіт M. audouinii найчастіше являються причиною хвороби у людей. Відомо, що спори дерматофітів можуть зберігати свою життєздатність до кількох років [1,4]. На сьогодні, враховуючи широке розповсюдження захворювання на мікроспорію, ведеться робота по удосконаленню методів діагностики та профілактики даної хвороби. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: проаналізувати епізоотичну ситуацію з мікроспорії собак та котів узоні обслуговування лініки, правильно діагностувати дану хворобу, вивчити ефективність лікувальних та профілактичних заходів. Завдання: Провести епізоотичний моніторинг, встановити закономірності виникнення мікроспорії у різні пори року. Вивчити особливості клінічного прояву хвороби. Проаналізувати комплекс діагностичних заходів при мікроспорії собак та котів в умовах ветеринарної клініки «Доктор-Вет». Підібрати ефективні лікувальні препарати для тварин. Ознайомитись з профілактичними заходами щодо попередження мікроспорії у собак та котів. Об’єкт дослідження: клінічно хворі та підозрілі на мікроскопію собаки та коти. Предмет дослідження: особливості епізоотологічного процесу, діагностика, лікування , профілактики мікроспорії котів та собак. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів: отримані результати досліджень доповнюють сучасні знання щодо мікроспорії у котів та собак і можуть бути використані лікарями ветеринарної медицини у своїй діяльності Relevance of the topic of the qualification work: Microsporia is a widespread, contagious disease that causes damage to the skin and its derivatives. The disease is caused by pathogenic fungi of the genus Microsporum, which are divided into three groups: geophilic, zoophilic, anthropophilic, depending on the conditions of existence. The causative agents of microsporia are characterized by high resistance in environmental conditions, which causes their widespread distribution in nature. Microsporia is widespread among animals, in addition, certain types of it cause diseases in humans. Modern methods have been developed for quick and effective diagnostics, which, in addition to their advantages, also have their disadvantages. Preventive measures must be applied taking into account epizootic data, the animal's clinical condition, breeding value, etc. In dogs, microsporia is most often caused by the species Microsporum canis and Microsporum gypseum [3]. These same species (M. canis, M. gypseum) and the anthropophilic dermatophyte M. audouinii are most often the cause of disease in humans. It is known that spores of dermatophytes can retain their viability for up to several years [1,4]. Today, taking into account the wide spread of the microsporia disease, work is underway to improve the methods of diagnosis and prevention of this disease. The purpose of the qualification work: to analyze the epizootic situation of microsporia of dogs and cats in the service area of the infirmary, to correctly diagnose this disease, to study the effectiveness of treatment and preventive measures. Task: To conduct epizootic monitoring, to establish patterns of occurrence of microsporia at different times of the year. To study the features of the clinical manifestation of the disease. To analyze the complex of diagnostic measures for microsporia in dogs and cats in the conditions of the "Doctor-Vet" veterinary clinic. Choose effective medical drugs for animals. Familiarize yourself with preventive measures to prevent microsporia in dogs and cats. The object of the study: clinically ill and microscopically suspicious dogs and cats. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the epizootological process, diagnosis, treatment and prevention schemes for microsporia in cats and dogs.
