Об’єктом дослідження є управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням ТОВ «Норма». Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в формуванні сукупності теоретичних і практичних засад інженерно-технічного забезпечення виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи формування системи інженерно-технічного забезпечення підприємств аграрного сектора. У другому розділі проведено аналіз інженерно-технічного забезпечення ТОВ «Норма». Висновки. Інженерно-технічне забезпечення відіграє вирішальну роль у діяльності та розвитку організацій, незалежно від їх розміру чи сфери діяльності. Рівень розвитку матеріально-технічної бази сільськогосподарських підприємств визначається, головним чином, ступенем насичення її основними виробничими засобами. Від ступеня забезпеченості ними й ефективності їх використання залежать рівень і темпи зростання виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, її рентабельність. Інженерно-технічне забезпечення аграрних підприємств України має свої особливості, які визначаються специфікою українського сільського господарства. У процесі функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств важлива роль належить матеріально-технічному забезпеченню підприємств аграрного сектору. Матеріально-технічна база сільського господарства – це сукупність засобів і предметів праці, які використовуються у сільськогосподарському виробництві. Вона включає речові елементи продуктивних сил галузі та створює відповідні матеріальні умови виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції. Рівень розвитку матеріально-технічної бази сільськогосподарських підприємств визначається, головним чином, ступенем насичення її основними виробничими засобами. Від ступеня забезпеченості ними й ефективності їх використання залежать рівень і темпи зростання виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, її рентабельність. Improvement of the management system of engineering and technical support of production processes of an agricultural enterprise (on the example of LLC "Norma" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region) Zavadskyi A.V. - The efficiency of the use of land resources, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the activity of agricultural companies largely depends on the technical support of the industry. An enterprise that is not equipped with the latest equipment and does not use advanced technologies is not able to offer competitive products both in terms of quality and price. The economic support of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions is one of the key components of the stable functioning of the agrarian sector of the economy. Engineering and technical support in this context plays an important role, as it determines the efficiency of production processes, the level of resource utilization and the competitiveness of enterprises. Engineering and technical support of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine has its own characteristics, which are determined by the specifics of Ukrainian agriculture, its historical, economic and socio-cultural conditions. Engineering plays a key role in the rational use of natural resources such as land, water, energy and biological resources. The basis for the restoration of the material and technical base of agriculture should be a real state technical policy and the creation of domestic agricultural machine-building through the concentration of funds in this direction. In order to successfully solve the problem of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to ensure the comprehensive strengthening and rational use of the available production and resource potential based on innovative investment implementations, planning and intensification of production processes, since there is a significant backlog in these issues.
