Особливо сприйнятливими до зараження є молоді коти та ко шенята, особливо, якщо вони живуть у розплідниках, притулках для тварин чи в популяціях здичавілих тварин. Збудник захворювання FPV надзвичайно стійкий у довкіллі та з високою здатністю заражувати сприйнятливих тварин. Тож контролювати поширення парвовірусу можна лише за рахунок щільних своєчасних імунізацій поголів’я котів. Специфічного лікування не існує, необхідно використовувати комплек сні багатокомпонентні терапевтичні схеми, щоб дати шанс тварині на оду жання і позбутися можливих ускладнень хвороби, найбільш небезпечним з яких є зневоднення. Лікування повинно бути розпочатим вже в перші 48 годин після інфікування, то ж часу на ретельну діагностику зазвичай обмаль. Заражені коти, які не отримували ефективного своєчасного лікування, переважно гинули від зневоднення або вторинних інфекцій. Мета та завдання роботи: Дослідити особливості перебігу панлейко пенії котів у Харкова, засвоїти комплексні методи діагностики парвовірозу, оволодіти існуючими терапевтичними протоколами, що застосовуються в умовах конкретної клініки для боротьби із захворюванням та, за можливості, їх удосконалити. Об’єкт дослідження: коти з клінічними ознаками гострої парвовірусної інфекції та біологічні матеріали від них ( кров, фекалії та блювотні маси). Предмет дослідження: клінічні прояви гострих форм панлейкопенії ко тів, методи діагностики, протоколи та засоби лікування котів, заражених па рвовірусною інфекцією. Теоретичне та практичне значення отриманих результатів: Одержані результати досліджень мають практичне значення. Розроблена удосконалена терапевтична схема, яка запропонована для інтенсивного лікування котів з ознаками панлейкопенії в умовах інфекційного стаціонару ветеринарної клі ніки «ЗооДоктор» у м. Харкові. Relevance of the topic: Parvovirus infection or panleukopenia is one of the most dangerous, often fatal diseases found in cats around the world. Young cats and kittens are particularly susceptible to infection, especially if they live in kennels, animal shelters, or in feral populations. The FPV pathogen is extremely persistent in the environment and has a high ability to infect susceptible animals. Therefore, it is possible to control the spread of parvovirus only through effective and timely im munizations of the cat population. There is no specific treatment, it is necessary to use complex multi-component therapeutic schemes to give the animal a chance to recover and get rid of possible complications of the disease, the most dangerous of which is dehydration. Treatment should be started within the first 48 hours after infection, as there is usually not enough time for a thorough diagnosis. Infected cats that did not receive effective timely treatment mostly died from dehydration or secondary infections. The purpose and tasks of the work: To study the clinical features of the course of panleukopenia in cats in Kharkiv. Learn complex methods of parvovirus diagno sis. To work out already developed in the conditions of the veterinary clinic treat ment schemes for cats against panleukopenia. Develop and implement your thera peutic protocols if they are more effective. The object of the study: cats with clinical signs of acute parvovirus infection and biological materials obtained from them (blood, feces and vomitus). Subject of research: clinical manifestations of acute forms of feline panleuko penia, methods of diagnosis, protocols, methods and means of treating cats infected with parvovirus. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results: The obtained research results are of practical importance. The therapeutic scheme was improved.
