Кваліфіковано обрана й сформована бізнес-модель здатна тривалий час створювати її власникам конкурентні переваги. Сучасні реалії життя демонструють підвищення ролі ІКТ, цифровізації та цифрової трансформації як перспективних засобів досягнення цілей розвитку. Практика господарювання свідчить, що існують численні доробки за окремими напрямами формування або оцінки ефективності бізнес-моделей, які не вирізняються досконалістю й однозначністю. Вказані моменти й зумовили актуальність і доречність обраної теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження проблемних аспектів трансформації бізнес-моделі підприємства в умовах цифровізації. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси трансформації бізнес-моделі підприємства. Предметом дослідження є наукові, теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти трансформації бізнес-моделі підприємства за умов цифровізації. У кваліфікаційній роботі: здійснено критичний огляд науково-методичних підходів до сутності, змісту, видів та особливостей формування і складових бізнес-моделей, а також їх типології; здійснено оцінювання результатів діяльності обраного підприємства та ідентифікацію його поточної бізнес-моделі; розглянуто підходи до трактування поняття «трансформація»; виявлено певні види моделей цифрової трансформації підприємства; обґрунтовано інвестиційний проєкт автоматизації бізнес-процесів підприємства. Практичне значення полягає у можливості використання вітчизняними підприємствами обґрунтованих здобувачем висновків і результатів проєктних розрахунків. The business model as a determinant of modern management is, on the one hand, a proof of the success of a certain strategy, and on the other, an object of careful attention to itself as a way of conducting a profitable business. A competently chosen and formed business model can create competitive advantages for its owners for a long time. Modern realities of life demonstrate the increasing role of ICT, digitization and digital transformation as promising means of achieving development goals. Business practice shows that there are numerous improvements in separate directions of formation or evaluation of the effectiveness of business models, which are not characterized by perfection and ambiguity. The specified points determined the relevance and appropriateness of the chosen topic of the qualification work. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the problematic aspects of the transformation of the enterprise's business model in the conditions of digitalization. The object of research is the processes of transformation of the enterprise's business model. The subject of the study is the scientific, theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the transformation of the business model of the enterprise under the conditions of digitalization. In the qualification work: a critical review of scientific and methodological approaches to the essence, content, types and features of the formation and components of business models, as well as their typology; evaluation of the results of the selected enterprise and identification of its current business model; approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "transformation" are considered; certain types of enterprise digital transformation models were identified; the investment project of automation of business processes of the enterprise is substantiated.
