В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи підвищення ефективності праці персоналу; проведено аналіз ефективності праці персоналу підприємства, а також розроблено заходів з підвищення ефективності праці персоналу виробничого підприємства. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно здійснювати оцінку праці персоналу; проводити факторний аналіз та визначати методи вимірювання ефективності праці. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес підвищення ефективності праці персоналу виробничого підприємства. Human resources are the key asset of any organization. It is the personnel who perform the functions of production, service and are the driving force that translates the company's strategic goals into concrete actions and results. Therefore, companies need to focus on finding effective ways to increase the productivity of their employees. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of improving the work efficiency of personnel; an analysis of the labor efficiency of the company's personnel was carried out, as well as measures to increase the labor efficiency of the production company's personnel were developed. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently evaluate the work of the staff; conduct factor analysis and determine methods of measuring labor efficiency.
