Джерелами інформації для підготовки обзору виступили публікації із академічних баз даних : Web of Science, Science-Direct, Scopus, GoogleScholar. Об`єктом дослідження є процес організації і головні аспекти цифровізації галузі туризму і гостингості і визначення впливу інформаційних технологій на розвиток індустрії туризму. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи розвитку системи цифровізації галузі туризму і гостингості і визначення впливу інформаційних технологій на розвиток індустрії туризму. Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність наступних результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено сутність туристської цифрової екосистеми; вивчено глобальні мережі розподілу та туристичні онлайн-посередники; досліджено соціальні мережі та туризм; вивчено сучасні аспект інформаційних технологій у галузі гостинності; досліджено і проаналізовано особливості застосування мережі Інтернет у галузі туризму: мобільні технології та туризм, авіація та інформаційні технології, інформаційні технології у наземному та водному транспорті; досліджено нові технології та туристичний досвід: світові тренди в туризмі; обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення цифровізації управління туристичною дестинацією; досліджено вплив процесів цифровізації на розвиток стійкого туризму; визначено сучасні тенденції у сфері інформаційних технологій, шляхи їх подальшого розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у визначенні головних напрямів цифровізації в галузі туризму та гостинності і їх вплив на розвиток індустрії. The purpose of the study is to systematize theoretical positions in the field of digital (electronic) tourism and determine the impact of information technologies on the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. The sources of information for the preparation of the review were publications from academic databases: Web of Science, Science-Direct, Scopus, GoogleScholar. The object of the study is the process of organization and the main aspects of digitalization of the tourism and hospitality industry and determining the impact of information technologies on the development of the tourism industry. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the system of digitalization of the tourism and hospitality industry and determining the impact of information technologies on the development of the tourism industry. Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is the set of the following results of a theoretical and methodological and practical nature: the essence of the tourist digital ecosystem is studied; global distribution networks and online tourist intermediaries are studied; social networks and tourism are studied; modern aspects of information technologies in the hospitality industry are studied; the features of the use of the Internet in the tourism industry are studied and analyzed: mobile technologies and tourism, aviation and information technologies, information technologies in land and water transport; new technologies and tourism experience are studied: global trends in tourism; directions for improving the digitalization of tourist destination management are substantiated; the impact of digitalization processes on the development of sustainable tourism was investigated; modern trends in the field of information technologies, ways of their further development were identified. The scientific novelty of the study lies in identifying the main directions of digitalization in the field of tourism and hospitality and their impact on the development of the industry.
