Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління розвитком територіальних громад в умовах сучасних викликів. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні та прикладні аспекти розвитку територіальних громад. Наукова новизна результатів кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи: поглиблено науково-теоретичну базу сталого розвитку територіальних громад; розвинуто методичні положення щодо застосування інструментарію стратегічного планування розвитку територіальних громад; дістали подальшого розвитку рекомендації, спрямовані вдосконалення управління процесом розвитку територіальної громад. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі викладено теоретичні та нормативні засади розвитку територіальних громад. У другому розділі охарактеризовано стан соціально-економічного розвитку Валківської міської громади, проведено SWOT – аналіз. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано пропозиції удосконалення інструментарію стратегічного планування розвитку територіальних громад та управління розвитком територіальної громади з урахуванням безпекоорієнтованої системи. ВисновкиПершочерговим завданням існування та розвитку територіальних громад є наявність ефективного та інноваційного управління ними, адже їх постійний розвиток та необхідність покращення рівня життя населення вимагають постійного пошуку неординарних рішень. Швидкі зміни, які стосуються технологій, політики, економіки та соціуму, потребують інновацій у плануванні стратегічних змін, обґрунтування перспектив розвитку територіальних громад. Для забезпечення успішної реалізації стратегій розвитку громад необхідно враховувати міжнародний досвід, найкращі вітчизняні практики розвитку територій. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the directions of improving the management of the development of territorial communities in the context of modern challenges. The object of research is the process of managing the development of territorial communities in the face of modern challenges. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of territorial communities. Scientific novelty of the results of the qualification (master's) work: the scientific and theoretical basis for sustainable development of territorial communities is deepened; methodological provisions for the use of tools for strategic planning of territorial communities are developed; recommendations aimed at improving the management of the process of development of territorial communities have been further developed. In the qualification (master's) thesis: The first chapter describes the theoretical and regulatory framework for the development of territorial communities. The second chapter characterizes the state of socio-economic development of the Valkivska urban community, conducts a SWOT analysis. The third section substantiates the proposals for improving the tools for strategic planning of territorial community development and management of territorial community development, taking into account the security oriented system. Conclusions. The priority task of the existence and development of territorial communities is to have effective and innovative management of them, because their constant development and the need to improve the living standards of the population require a constant search for extraordinary solutions. Rapid changes in technology, politics, economics and society require innovations in planning strategic changes and substantiating the prospects for the development of territorial communities.
