Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування теми дослідження, проаналізовано зміст та класифікація комунікативної структури, визначено організаційні механізми формування дієвої інформаційної системи зав’язків з громадськістю в умовах воєнного стану. Обґрунтована модель комунікативної структури пунктів незламності регіонів в системі публічного управління та адміністрування на основі оптимізації методів державного та регіонального управління, комплексного використання економіко-адміністративних, правових та соціально-психологічних засобів впливу, збільшення стимулюючого ефекту морально-вольових, патріотичних важелів та демократичних норм в системі громадського соціуму з урахуванням вимог воєнного стану. The work presents the results of scientific and practical research on increasing the effectiveness of public mechanisms for forming the communicative structure of points of inviolability of regions in the system of public management and administration. The theoretical justification of the research topic was made, the content and classification of the communication structure were analyzed, and the organizational mechanisms of the formation of an effective information system of relations with the public in the conditions of martial law were determined. A well founded model of the communicative structure of points of invincibility of regions in the system of public management and administration based on the optimization of state and regional management methods, the integrated use of economic administrative, legal and social-psychological means of influence, increasing the stimulating effect of moral-willed, patriotic levers and democratic norms in the system public society, taking into account the requirements of martial law. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
