Особливої актуальності впровадження ESG-принципів набуває в умовах посилення глобальних викликів, пов'язаних зі зміною клімату, соціальною нерівністю та необхідністю забезпечення прозорого корпоративного управління. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку (ESG) у стратегію та операційну діяльність підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку (ESG) у діяльність підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти впровадження ESG-принципів у стратегію та операційну діяльність підприємства. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи концепції сталого розвитку та ESG-принципів, їх сутність, еволюцію та методологічні підходи до інтеграції в корпоративну стратегію, оцінено поточний стан впровадження ESG-принципів та виявлено ключові виклики й можливості для ESG-трансформації, розроблено дорожню карту ESG-трансформації, механізм моніторингу прогресу та оцінено ефективність запропонованих заходів. Пропозиції та рекомендації, надані в кваліфікаційній роботі, дозволять підвищити стійкість бізнесу, покращити управління ризиками та посилити конкурентні позиції підприємства на ринку. In today's environment, increasing the competitiveness of enterprises largely depends on their ability to integrate the principles of sustainable development (ESG) into their operations. The implementation of ESG principles is especially relevant in the context of growing global challenges related to climate change, social inequality and the need to ensure transparent corporate governance. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop practical recommendations for integrating the principles of sustainable development (ESG) into the strategy and operations of an enterprise. The object of the study is the process of integrating the principles of sustainable development (ESG) into the activities of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of implementing ESG principles in the strategy and operations of an enterprise. The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development and ESG principles, their essence, evolution and methodological approaches to integration into corporate strategy, assesses the current state of implementation of ESG principles and identifies key challenges and opportunities for ESG transformation, develops an ESG transformation roadmap, a progress monitoring mechanism and evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
