Саме це обумовило вибір теми кваліфікаційної роботи. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи управління доходами підприємства; проведено аналіз управління доходами від операційної діяльності підприємства, а також надані рекомендації щодо управління доходами. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно проаналізувати структуру та динаміку доходів; оцінити вплив факторів на формування доходів від операційної діяльності; розробити стратегію підвищення доходності операційної діяльності; обґрунтувати пропозиції щодо підвищення рівня доходів підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі сформульовано алгоритм розробки стратегії підвищення доходності операційної діяльності, який дозволяє удосконалити процес управління операційними доходами. Також розроблені та обґрунтовані конкретні заходи, які дозволять підприємству ефективно збільшити доходи від операційної діяльності, що позитивно вплине на фінансові результати підприємства та його стійкість на ринку. In conditions of fluctuating demand, the amount of income from operating activities becomes unstable and requires special attention from management to ensure stable income flows to the enterprise. This is what determined the choice of the topic of the qualification work. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of enterprise revenue management; analyzes the management of revenue from the operating activities of the enterprise, and provides recommendations for revenue management. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently analyze the structure and dynamics of income; assess the impact of factors on the formation of income from operating activities; develop a strategy for increasing the profitability of operating activities; substantiate proposals for increasing the level of enterprise income. The qualification work formulates an algorithm for developing a strategy for increasing the profitability of operating activities, which allows improving the process of managing operating income.
