Сучасні інноваційні технології стрімко змінюються і впливають на усі аспекти бізнесу, включаючи експортний потенціал. У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто концептуальні підходи до поняття експортного потенціалу підприємства» та «інновації», фактори впливу на експортний потенціал підприємства, методика оцінки експортного потенціалу підприємства; представлено аналіз діяльності НВФ «Українська вагова компанія», оцінено його конкурентоспроможність за методом порівняння з лідерами ринку за бальною оцінкою та експортний потенціал (географічна та товарна структура експорту), представлено SWOT-аналіз підприємства; запропоновано напрямки покращення експортного потенціалу підприємства, які базуються на інноваційній складовій за різними напрямками (виробництво, маркетинг, система операційного контролю та ін). Сформульовано висновок, що сьогодні інноваційні технології застосовуються у різних напрямкам, що пов’язані з функціонуванням підприємства та мають суттєвий вплив на його експортний потенціал. Саме впровадження інноваційних рішень, продуктів та технологій дає підприємству можливість отримання лідерських позицій на міжнародному ринку. The global market situation is constantly changing, the integration of economies necessitates the constant adaptation of enterprises to new technological and competitive challenges. Modern innovative technologies are rapidly changing and affect all aspects of business, including export potential. The qualification work examines conceptual approaches to the concept of the enterprise's export potential" and "innovation", influencing factors on the enterprise's export potential, the method of assessing the enterprise's export potential; an analysis of the activities of the RPC «Ukrainian Weight Company» is presented, its competitiveness is evaluated by the method of comparison with market leaders by point evaluation and export potential (geographical and product structure of exports), a SWOT analysis of the enterprise is presented; directions for improving the export potential of the enterprise are proposed, which are based on the innovative component in various directions (production, marketing, operational control system, etc.).The conclusion was drawn that today innovative technologies are used in various directions related to the functioning of the enterprise and have a significant impact on its EP.
