На основі літературного огляду визначено головні технологічні аспекти та етапи налагодження масового розведення трихограми у вітчизняних умовах. Досліджено таксономічне положення і морфологічні ознаки трихограми, біологічні і екологічні особливості трихограми, її значення в природі та практичне використання у біологічному захисті рослин. Визначені загальні принципи масового розведення трихограми, розглянуто технологічні схеми та характеристики окремих технологічних операцій та об’єктів, обладнання і матеріалів задіяних у технології. Зазначено вимоги до зберігання трихограми (короткотермінового та довготривалого). Описано хвороби трихограми та методи контролю і обліку трихограми. Розглянуто методику відбору проб і визначення зараження яєць зернової молі трихограмою, визначення співвідношення статей і кількості самок, що вилетіли (відродилися), плідності, тривалість життя і кількість яйцекладучих самок, кількості недеформованих особин та пошукової здатності трихограми. За результатами досліджень запропонована технологічна карта масового розведення трихограми у розрахунку на 1,5 т ячменю Based on a literature review, the main technological aspects and stages of establishing mass breeding of Trichogramma in domestic conditions were determined. The taxonomic position and morphological features of Trichogramma, biological and ecological features of Trichogramma, its significance in nature and practical use in biological plant protection were studied. The general principles of mass breeding of Trichogramma were determined, technological schemes and characteristics of individual technological operations and objects, equipment and materials involved in the technology were considered. The requirements for storage of Trichogramma (short term and long-term) were indicated. Trichogramma diseases and methods of control and accounting of Trichogramma were described. The methodology for sampling and determining the infection of grain moth eggs with Trichogramma, determining the sex ratio and the number of females that have fled (reborn), fecundity, lifespan and the number of egg-laying females, the number of undeformed individuals and the search ability of Trichogramma are considered. Based on the results of the research, a technological map for mass breeding of Trichogramma per 1.5 tons of barley is proposed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
