Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є виробнича структура аграрного підприємства. Предметом є стратегії оптимізації виробничої структури в аграрних підприємствах. Науковою новизною є розробка і аналіз інноваційних стратегій оптимізації виробничої структури аграрних підприємств, які враховують сучасні тенденції розвитку аграрного сектору, включаючи використання цифрових технологій, зеленого виробництва та інші аспекти сталого розвитку а також дослідження впливу стратегій оптимізації виробничої структури на підвищення ефективності виробництва, зменшення витрат, підвищення якості продукції та підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств. В результаті дослідження було виявлено, що оптимізація виробничої структури є важливим і необхідним етапом для досягнення оптимального функціонування аграрних підприємств. Ретельний аналіз внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів, що впливають на діяльність підприємств, дозволяє визначити стратегії оптимізації, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності виробничих процесів. The purpose of the qualification work is Research and development of strategies for optimizing the production structure in agricultural enterprises to increase the efficiency of their functioning and competitiveness. The object of the qualification work is the production structure of the agricultural enterprise. The subject is strategies for optimizing the production structure in agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty is the development and analysis of innovative strategies for optimizing the production structure of agricultural enterprises, which take into account modern trends in the development of the agricultural sector, including the use of digital technologies, green production and other aspects of sustainable development, as well as research into the impact of strategies for optimizing the production structure on increasing production efficiency, reducing costs, improving the quality of products and increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. As a result of the study, it was found that the optimization of the production structure is an important and necessary stage for achieving optimal functioning of agricultural enterprises.
