Тваринництво є дуже важливою частиною сільськогосподарського виробництва, знаходячись у відомій залежності від конкретних умов, і визначає значною мірою загальні результати усього виробництва. Головне завдання цієї галузі - задоволення зростаючих потреб населення в продуктах харчування, а промисловості в сировині. Видиме місце в цьому належить ветеринарним заходам, здійснюваних ветеринарною службою країни. Значення ветеринарних заходів ще більше підвищується в умовах високої концентрації, поглибленої спеціалізації і агропромисловій інтеграції тваринництва, створення промислових комплексів, в яких на обмеженій території концентрується велика кількість тварин. У цих умовах зростає роль ветеринарних фахівців, основна діяльність яких має бути спрямована на забезпечення профілактики захворювань тварин. Важливими складовими профілактичних заходів є:Недопущення занесення збудників інфекційних і інвазійних хвороб на територію ферми(комплексу) і можливого поширення їх на території. Підвищення природної резистентності тварин за рахунок створення оптимальних умов їх утримання відповідно до віку і фізіологічного стану, забезпечення тварин доброякісними кормами відповідно до потреби їх в протеїні, вуглеводах, вітамінах, макро- і мікроелементах. Ветеринарно-санітарні заходи, спрямовані на отримання тваринницької продукції високої санітарної якості і охорону довкілля. Спеціальні протиепізоотичні заходи, спрямовані на своєчасну діагностику хвороб інфекційної етіології і їх імунопрофілактику з урахуванням конкретної епізоотичної ситуації. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: проаналізувати ветеринарну діяльність основ організації та здійснення ветеринарно-профілактичних заходів службою ветеринарної медицини . Завдання:Вивчити епізоотологічну ситуацію на території району, який підпорядковується Коростенській районній державній лікарні ветеринарної медицини. Визначити особливості ветеринарно-профілактичних заходів проти заразних хвороб тварин відповідно до розроблених планів, виходячи з ситуації, що склалася в господарствах району на даний час. Провести розрахунок економічної ефективності діагностичних та лікувально профілактичних заходів в умовах установи. Об’єкт дослідження:плани лікувально-профілактичних заходів. Предмет дослідження: епізоотична ситуація з інфекційних та незаразних хвороб тварин та птиці, заходи з покрашення епізоотичної ситуації та підтримання її стабільності. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів: Результати дослідження рекомендовано для впровадження у діяльність Головного управління Держпродспоживслужби в Коростенському районі при складанні планів профілактичних заходів у попередженні прояву та поширення інфекційних захворювань серед тварин та птиці. Основна частина даних випускної кваліфікаційної роботи внесена до лекційних та лабораторно-практичних занять для практикуючих фахівців ветеринарної медицини при підвищенні кваліфікації та магістрів факультету . Апробація: Результати досліджень доповідались, обговорювалися та схвалені на засіданнях надзвичайно-протиепізоотичної комісії Коростенської районної державної лікарні ветеринарної медицини. Матеріали за темою магістерської роботи були опубліковані в тезах всеукраїнської науково практичної конференції здобувачів вищої освіти за темою:«Дні студентської науки у ветеринарній медицині»18 квітня 2024 року м.Харків, Державний біотехнологічний університет та науково-міжнародній практичній конференції: за темою:«Актуальні питання ветеринарної медицини»: реалії та перспективи» м. Харків 23 травня 2024 рік. Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. Animal husbandry is a very important part of agricultural production, being in a known dependence on specific conditions, and determines to a large extent the general results of all production. The main task of this industry is to meet the growing needs of the population in food products, and industry in raw materials. A prominent place in this belongs to veterinary measures carried out by the country's veterinary service. The value of veterinary measures increases even more in conditions of high concentration, in-depth specialization and agro-industrial integration of animal husbandry, the creation of industrial complexes in which a large number of animals are concentrated on a limited territory. In these conditions, the role of veterinary specialists is growing, whose main activity should be aimed at ensuring the prevention of animal diseases. Important components of preventive measures are: Preventing the introduction of pathogens of infectious and invasive diseases into the territory of the farm (complex) and their possible spread on the territory. Increasing the natural resistance of animals by creating optimal conditions for their maintenance according to their age and physiological state, providing animals with high-quality feed in accordance with their needs for protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, macro and microelements. Veterinary and sanitary measures aimed at obtaining livestock products of high sanitary quality and environmental protection. Special anti epizootic measures aimed at timely diagnosis of diseases of infectious etiology and their immunoprophylaxis taking into account the specific epizootic situation. The purpose of the qualification work: to analyze the veterinary activities of the organization and implementation of veterinary preventive measures by the veterinary medicine service. Task: To study the epizootological situation in the territory of the district, which is subordinate to the Korosten District State Hospital of Veterinary Medicine. Determine the specifics of veterinary preventive measures against contagious animal diseases in accordance with the developed plans, based on the current situation in the farms of the district. Calculate the economic efficiency of diagnostic and treatment-prophylactic measures in the conditions of the institution. Object of research: plans of treatment and preventive measures. The subject of the study: the epizootic situation of infectious and non infectious diseases of animals and poultry, measures to improve the epizootic situation and maintain its stability. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results: The results of the study are recommended for implementation in the activities of the Main Department of the State Production and Consumer Service in the Korosten district when drawing up plans for preventive measures to prevent the manifestation and spread of infectious diseases among animals and poultry. The main part of the data of the final qualification work is included in the lectures and laboratory-practical classes for practicing specialists of veterinary medicine during advanced training and masters of the faculty. Approbation: The results of the research were reported, discussed and approved at the meetings of the extraordinary anti-epizootic commission of the Korosten District State Hospital of Veterinary Medicine.
