Тому тема присвячена системі управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах є актуальною, має важливе, як наукове, так і практичне значення.. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування теоретичних основ та розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних методів та практичних аспектів щодо формування системи ефективного управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах. У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто методичні підходи до оцінки управління земельними ресурсами. Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану управління земельними ресурсами України та досліджуваного регіону, проведено моніторинг екологічного стану землекористування. Накреслено основні напрями удосконалення системи управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах. Визначено умови підвищення ефективності системи управління земельними ресурсами в аграрних підприємствах. Проведено розрахунки ефективності системи управління земельними ресурсами та дана комплексна оцінка їх системи управління. Висновки та пропозиції мають теоретичне і практичне значення та можуть бути використані у практиці роботи підприємств аграрного сектору. The development of the land management system in the market economy has specific features. Therefore, the topic dedicated to the land resource management system in agricultural enterprises is relevant, has an important scientific and practical significance. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop recommendations for improving the land resource management system in agricultural enterprises. The object of the study is the process of managing land resources in agricultural enterprises. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical methods and practical aspects regarding the formation of a system of effective management of land resources in agricultural enterprises. Methodical approaches to the assessment of land resource management are considered in the qualification work. An analysis of the current state of land resource management in Ukraine and the studied region was carried out, monitoring of the ecological state of land use was carried out. The main areas of improvement of the land resource management system in agricultural enterprises are outlined. The conditions for improving the efficiency of the land resource management system in agricultural enterprises have been determined. Calculations of the effectiveness of the land resources management system were carried out and a comprehensive assessment of their management system was given.
