Однак, зберігання зерна тритікале залишається актуальною проблемою через чутливість зерна до умов зберігання та можливе погіршення якості продукції під час тривалого зберігання. Запровадження сучасних технологій зберігання на елеваторах дозволяє мінімізувати втрати якості та обсягів зерна, оптимізувати витрати на зберігання та забезпечити стабільність зернового фонду. Тому вдосконалення процесів зберігання зерна ярого тритікале із впровадженням новітніх технологій на елеваторі є важливим завданням для забезпечення стабільної якості продукції та ефективного використання ресурсів. Grain crops are the foundation of the agricultural sector, ensuring the country’s food security and providing significant export potential. One of the promising types of grain is spring triticale, which combines the best qualities of wheat and rye, featuring high yield, resilience to adverse conditions, and excellent nutritional properties. However, the storage of triticale grain remains a pressing issue due to its sensitivity to storage conditions and the potential deterioration of product quality over prolonged storage periods. Implementing modern storage technologies at elevators helps minimize quality and volume losses, optimize storage costs, and ensure the stability of grain reserves.
