Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління розвитком торговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи щодо управління розвитком підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління розвитком торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти розвитку підприємства та особливості стратегічного розвитку торговельних підприємств; у другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства «АВС» та проведено оцінку зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища діяльності підприємства; у третьому розділі, на основі отриманих результатів, запропоновано організаційний механізм управління розвитком торговельного підприємства, що заснований на принципах інтегрованості та синергізму. Запропоновано алгоритм вибору стратегії розвитку для торговельних підприємств та обґрунтовано використання наукових методик для кожного етапу. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The purpose of the qualification (master's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions for managing the development of a trade enterprise in the current conditions of the socio-economic development of the economy of Ukraine. The object of the study is the process of managing the development of a trade enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to managing the development of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the complex theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for managing the development of a trading enterprise. In the qualification (master's) work: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of enterprise development and features of strategic development of trading enterprises; in the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading company "ABS" were provided and an assessment of the external and internal environment of the enterprise was carried out; in the third section, based on the obtained results, an organizational mechanism for managing the development of a trade enterprise based on the principles of integration and synergism is proposed. An algorithm for choosing a development strategy for trade enterprises is proposed and the use of scientific methods for each stage is substantiated.
