Метою дослідження є обґрунтування підходів до впровадження принципів сталого розвитку (ПСР) у ЗЕД підприємства для підвищення його конкурентоспроможності, зміцнення репутації на міжнародному ринку та забезпечення довгострокової стабільності. Об'єктом дослідження є процес ЗЕД підприємства в умовах інтеграції ПСР. Предметом дослідження виступають методи, принципи та інструменти інтеграції ПСР у ЗЕД підприємства. У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади сталого розвитку в контексті ЗЕД підприємств. Проведено оцінку організаційної та фінансово-економічної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства (ТОВ «УВК»), представлено концепцію трансформації підприємства на основі ПСР, побудовано SWOT-матрицю, оцінено конкурентне середовище підприємства та запропоновано напрями інтеграції ПСР у його зовнішньоекономічну діяльність. Зроблено загальний висновок, що інтеграція принципів сталого розвитку є визначальним чинником підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Topicality. In the conditions of globalization and the strengthening of international standards and requirements for the organization of the activities of enterprises carrying out foreign trade, the integration of the principles of sustainable development into production and trade activities becomes not only relevant, but also necessary for effective work on international markets. The integration of the principles of sustainable development allows enterprises not only to meet the high standards of partners and consumers, but also to increase the efficiency of internal processes, optimizing costs, reducing the environmental burden and creating added value for their products and services. A brief overview of the content. The first chapter describes approaches to the definition of "sustainable development"; the principles, models and trends of sustainable development are defined. In the second section, an assessment of the organizational and financial and economic activity of the enterprise (USC) was provided and the implementation of sustainable practices in its activity was evaluated. In the third section, the concept of transformation of the enterprise based on the PSD was studied, the SWOT matrix of the enterprise was built, the assessment of the key competitors of USC was made according to qualification features and sustainable practices; recommendations were developed regarding the directions of the integration of the PSD into the FEA. It was concluded that sustainable development today is a key factor in international competitiveness, which includes environmental responsibility, social orientation and effective resource management. The reality of the proposals. Recommendations are given on the principles of sustainable development in the enterprise's foreign trade in order to increase its competitiveness and reputation on the international market and ensure long-term stability.
