Об'єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є система аграрного менеджменту я її складові (підсистеми, зв’язки, функції, принципи, методи, механізми управління). Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичне забезпечення функціонування системи аграрного менеджменту на прикладі СТОВ «Нива» Гадяцького району Полтавської області. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у визначенні та обґрунтуванні напрямів удосконалення системи аграрного менеджменту на засадах впровадження інноваційної структури управління, адаптивної моделі господарського механізму та оптимізації функціональних зв’язків на основі концептуальних положень теорії та практики аграрного менеджменту. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі «Теоретичні основи системи аграрного менеджменту» проведено монографічний аналіз проблеми дослідження, визначено термінологічний апарат, представлено теоретичні основи інформаційної системи; сформульовано властивості функціональних підсистем в аграрних формуваннях. У другому розділі «Аналіз та удосконалення системи аграрного менеджменту на об’єкті дослідження» проаналізовано організаційну структуру управління підприємства, зроблена експертна діагностика функціональних підсистем аграрного менеджменту; обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення господарського механізму та інформаційного забезпечення підприємства сучасними методами виробництва. Висновки: У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено результати науково-практичних досліджень з удосконалення системи аграрного менеджменту. Розглянуто: зміст понять: «система», «елементи системи», «функції системи», «структура», «аграрний менеджмент». Визначено особливості функціонування підсистем аграрного менеджменту на прикладі системи агропромислового комплексу України; проведено аналіз функціональних підсистеми аграрного менеджменту на об’єкті дослідження, зроблена кількісна оцінка функціонального забезпечення підсистем менеджменту досліджуваного підприємства на основі аналізу трудових, матеріальних і фінансованих ресурсів; розроблена модель удосконаленої структури управління сільськогосподарського підприємства, яка базується на теоретичних засадах операційних систем і характеризує технологічність управлінського циклу; розроблено пропозиції з удосконалення системи аграрного менеджменту у вигляді концептуальних положень The purpose of this qualification work is to substantiate the measures to improve the agrarian management system of an agricultural enterprise (on the example of the "Niva" gas station of the Hadyatskyi district of the Poltava region). The object of research of the qualification work is the agricultural management system and its components (subsystems, connections, functions, principles, methods, management mechanisms). The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological support of the functioning of the agricultural management system, based on the example of the "Niva" sewage treatment plant of the Hadyatskyi district of the Poltava region. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in determining and substantiating directions for improving the agrarian management system on the basis of the implementation of an innovative management structure, an adaptive model of the economic mechanism, and the optimization of functional relationships based on the conceptual provisions of the theory and practice of agrarian management. In the qualifying (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter "Theoretical foundations of the agricultural management system" a monographic analysis of the research problem was carried out, the terminological apparatus was defined, the theoretical foundations of the information system were presented; the properties of functional subsystems in agrarian formations are formulated. In the second section "Аnalysis and improvement of the agricultural management system at the research object" the organizational structure of the enterprise's management was analyzed, an expert diagnosis of functional subsystems of agricultural management was made; directions for improving the economic mechanism and information support of the enterprise with modern production methods are substantiated. Conclusions: The qualification paper presents the results of scientific and practical research on improving the agricultural management system. Considered: the content of the concepts: "system", "system elements", "system functions", "structure", "agrarian management". The peculiarities of the functioning of the subsystems of agrarian management are determined on the example of the system of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine; an analysis of the functional subsystems of agricultural management at the research object was carried out, a quantitative assessment of the functionality of management subsystems of the researched enterprise was made based on the analysis of labor, material and financial resources; a model of the improved management structure of an agricultural enterprise was developed, which is based on the theoretical principles of operating systems and characterizes the technological nature of the management cycle; proposals for improving the agricultural management system were developed in the form of conceptual provisions. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
