Через те, що розвиток є неможливим без матеріально-технічної бази, а ефективність її впливу на перший не завжди адекватно оцінюється діючим менеджментом, виникають проблемні місця практичного взаємозв’язку та взаємовпливу обох категорій. Тому виникає потреба дослідження та пропонування обґрунтованих заходів, що й зумовило актуальність і доцільність цієї теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Метою роботи є дослідження проблем ефективного розвитку матеріально-технічної бази підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є процеси розвитку матеріально-технічної бази та оцінка його ефективності. Предметом кваліфікаційного дослідження стали: науково-теоретичні, методичні й практичні основи розвитку матеріально-технічної бази підприємств в контексті їх ефективності. В роботі: досліджено теоретичні питання суті, властивостей, видів МТБ і розвитку, чинників впливу на них; проаналізовано результати діяльності суб’єкту господарювання, тенденцій формування, стану, руху й ефективності використання МТБ; здійснено узагальнюючу оцінку ефективності розвитку МТБ підприємства; обґрунтовано заходи з підвищення ефективності розвитку матеріально-технічної бази підприємства. Основні положення та результати роботи можуть бути застосовані в практичній діяльності підприємств харчової промисловості. The problems of efficient use and development of the material and technical base available to business entities have recently been complicated by numerous environmental factors: unfavorable political and economic conditions, increased competition for resources and consumers, reduced and redistributed demand, the need to meet the requirements of sustainable and inclusive development, etc. Since development is impossible without a material and technical base, and the effectiveness of its impact on the former is not always adequately assessed by the current management, there are problematic areas of practical interconnection and mutual influence between both categories. Therefore, there is a need to research and propose reasonable measures, which has led to the relevance and feasibility of this topic of qualification work. The purpose of the work is to study the problems of effective development of the material and technical base of enterprises. The object of research of the qualification work is the processes of development of the material and technical base and evaluation of its effectiveness. The subject of the qualification research was: scientific, theoretical, methodological and practical foundations for the development of the material and technical base of enterprises in the context of their efficiency. In the work: theoretical issues of the essence, properties, types of MTB and development, factors influencing them are investigated; the results of the enterprise's activity, trends in the formation, condition, movement and efficiency of MTB use are analyzed; a generalized assessment of the efficiency of the enterprise's MTB development is carried out; measures to improve the efficiency of the development of the enterprise's material and technical base are substantiated.
