Управління процесами залучення та експлуатації основних засобів сприяє адаптації до нових умов та підвищенню продуктивності виробництва. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи формування та використання основних засобів підприємства; проведено оцінку стану та ефективності використання основних засобів виробничого підприємства, а також визначені основні напрямки підвищення ефективності формування та використання основних засобів підприємства. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно визначити шляхи підвищення ефективності управління формуванням та використанням основних засобів на виробничому підприємстві, надати економічне обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо формування та використання основних засобів. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес підвищення ефективності управління формуванням та використанням основних засобів на виробничому підприємстві. The formation and use of the company's fixed assets are important aspects of effective business management. These aspects become especially important in the conditions of technological challenges and high competition. Management of the processes of attraction and operation of fixed assets helps to adapt to new conditions and increase production productivity. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the formation and use of the company's fixed assets; an assessment of the state and efficiency of the use of the fixed assets of the production enterprise was carried out, as well as the main directions for improving the efficiency of the formation and use of the fixed assets of the enterprise were determined. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently determine ways to increase the efficiency of management of the formation and use of fixed assets at the production enterprise, to provide economic justification for management decisions regarding the formation and use of fixed assets.
