Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування теми дослідження, проаналізовано зміст та класифікацію сучасних інструментів публічної комунікації, визначено організаційні механізми формування дієвих комунікаційних зв’язків з громадськістю на прикладі Київської міської ради. Обґрунтована модель інструментарію комунікаційної взаємодії місцевої влади з громадою на основі діджиталізації з урахуванням принципів прозорості та підзвітності органів влади. Запропоновано для Київської міської ради рекомендації щодо системного підходу у впровадженні сучасних цифрових інструментів на рівні місцевого самоврядування, зокрема для реалізації електронних петицій, онлайн-консультацій, мережевих інформаційних платформ та інших форм електронної демократії. The work presents the results of scientific and practical research on improving the effectiveness of the toolkit of communication interaction of local authorities with the community based on digitalization in the system of public management and administration. The theoretical justification of the research topic was made, the content and classification of modern public communication tools were analyzed, and organizational mechanisms for the formation of effective communication links with the public were determined using the example of the Kyiv City Council. A substantiated model of the toolkit of communication interaction of local authorities with the community based on digitalization, taking into account the principles of transparency and accountability of authorities. Recommendations for a systemic approach to the implementation of modern digital tools at the level of local self-government, in particular for the implementation of electronic petitions, online consultations, network information platforms and other forms of electronic democracy, are proposed for the Kyiv City Council. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
