Мета дослідження полягає в узагальненні теоретичних положень і розробленні практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження гнучких підходів до управління проєктами на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Українські інформаційні технології» з урахуванням специфіки функціонування ринку ІТ-послуг. У процесі дослідження проаналізовано сутність, основні принципи та етапи еволюції гнучких методологій управління. Розглянуто сучасні методичні підходи й інструменти гнучкого управління, що використовуються в ІТ-сфері, зокрема методологію SCRUM. Проведено аналіз чинної системи управління в ТОВ «Українські інформаційні технології», виявлено сильні й слабкі сторони організаційно-методичного забезпечення управлінських процесів. Особливу увагу приділено удосконаленню моделі гнучкого управління на підприємстві та адаптації SCRUM-методології до його внутрішніх процесів. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано комплекс заходів для підвищення ефективності управління проєктами та підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на ринку ІТ-послуг. The master's thesis investigates the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of implementing flexible management methodologies in IT enterprises. The purpose of the study is to summarise the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for the implementation of flexible approaches to project management on the example of the activities of Ukrainian Information Technologies LLC, taking into account the specifics of the IT services market. The study analyses the essence, basic principles and stages of evolution of flexible management methodologies. The modern methodological approaches and tools of agile management used in the IT sphere, in particular the SCRUM methodology, are considered. An analysis of the current management system at Ukrainian Information Technologies LLC is carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of the organisational and methodological support of management processes are identified. Particular attention is paid to improving the model of flexible management at the enterprise and adapting the SCRUM methodology to its internal processes. Based on the analysis, a set of measures is proposed to improve the efficiency of project management and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the IT services market.
