В роботі досліджені теоретичні засади процесу прийняття управлінських рішень; проаналізований стан системи прийняття управлінських рішень у ТОВ «БІЗНЕС-КОНТАКТ»; виявлені основні проблеми і недоліки діючої системи, на основі чого розроблені заходи щодо вдосконалення системи прийняття рішень та проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих рекомендацій. The object of the study is the management process at BUSINESSCONTACT LLC in terms of managerial decision-making. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of organizing the managerial decision-making process and mechanisms for its optimization at the enterprise.
