Мета дослідження: експериментально дослідити стан сформованості соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб та розробити соціальний проєкт, спрямований на її формування. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Предмет дослідження: соціальне проєктування як засіб формування соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення порівняння для з’ясування сутності, структури, критеріїв і показників сформованості соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб; емпіричні: бесіди, тестування, ситуаційні вправи, самооцінювання, групова дискусія. Наукова новизна: теоретично обґрунтовано особливості формування соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб засобами соціального проектування; визначено критерії (когнітивний, емоційний, поведінковий), показники та рівні (високий, середній, низький) сформованості соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб; розроблено соціальний проєкт, спрямований на формування соціальної компетентності внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Практичне значення: результати дослідження можуть бути використані в роботі соціальних служб, громадських організацій, органів влади та навчальних закладів для покращення соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб та розробки спеціалізованих освітніх програм для їх розвитку. EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (68 items, 3 of them in a foreign language), 4 appendixes on 11 pages. The qualification work volume is 114 pages, 88 of them – main text. The purpose of the study: to experimentally investigate the state of formation of social competence of internally displaced persons and to develop a social project aimed at its formation. Object of the study: the process of formation of social competence of internally displaced persons. Subject of the study: social design as a means of formation of social competence of internally displaced persons. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to outline the essence of the concept of "social competence" in the psychological and pedagogical literature, to determine the components of social competence. 2) to study the features of the formation of social competence in internally displaced persons and the role of social design in this process. 3) to characterize the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of social competence in internally displaced persons. 4) to determine the level of social competence of internally displaced persons. 5) to develop a social project aimed at the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons. 6) to provide recommendations for organizations and institutions on the formation of social competence in internally displaced persons. Research methods: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison to clarify the essence, structure, criteria and indicators of the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons; empirical: conversations, testing, situational exercises, self-assessment, group discussion. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons” the essence of the concept of "social competence" in the psychological and pedagogical literature is revealed and its structure is determined, the features of the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons are highlighted, the role of social design in the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons is determined. The section 2 “Research on the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons through social engineering” criteria, indicators and levels of formation of social competence of internally displaced persons were determined, diagnostics of the level of social competence of internally displaced persons were carried out, a social project was developed for the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons, recommendations were provided for the formation of social competence of internally displaced persons. Practical significance: the results of the study can be used in the work of social services, public organizations, government bodies and educational institutions to improve social support for internally displaced persons and develop specialized educational programs for their development.
