UA : Мета дослідження: визначити та обґрунтувати соціально-педагогічні умови для підвищення ефективності забезпечення прав дітей у позанавчальній діяльності та розробити практичні рекомендації щодо їхнього впровадження в сучасних реаліях, з урахуванням нормативно-правової бази та соціально педагогічного аспекту. Об’єкт дослідження: процес забезпечення прав дітей у позанавчальній діяльності. Предмет дослідження: соціально-педагогічні умови, що сприяють реалізації та захисту прав дітей у позанавчальній діяльності. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення; анкетування, інтерв’ю, бесіди. Наукова новизна: систематизовано та проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між нормативно-правовою базою, соціально-педагогічним аспектом і практичною реалізацією прав на самовираження, розвиток, відпочинок і захист від дискримінації в позанавчальному середовищі на основі емпіричних даних від учнів, педагогів і батьків; обґрунтовано соціально-педагогічні умови забезпечення прав дітей у позанавчальній діяльності; розроблено практичні рекомендації, адаптовані до сучасних викликів. Практичне значення: розроблено рекомендацій щодо впровадження соціально-педагогічних умов, які можуть бути використані педагогами, адміністрацією позашкільних закладів, школами, неурядовими організаціями та місцевими органами влади для вдосконалення позанавчальної діяльності. EN : The purpose of the study: to identify and substantiate socio-pedagogical conditions for increasing the effectiveness of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities and to develop practical recommendations for their implementation in modern realities, taking into account the regulatory framework and socio-pedagogical aspects. Object of the study: the process of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities. Subject of the study: socio-pedagogical conditions that contribute to the implementation and protection of children's rights in extracurricular activities. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to determine the theoretical foundations of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities, having studied the regulatory and legal framework and the socio-pedagogical aspect of this concept; 2) to characterize extracurricular activities as a sphere of development and socialization of the child; 3) to identify key problems of ensuring children's rights in an extracurricular context; 4) to experimentally investigate the current state of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities; 5) to substantiate socio-pedagogical conditions for increasing the effectiveness of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities and to develop practical recommendations for their implementation. Research methods: theoretical: analysis and synthesis were used to study the regulatory framework and scientific literature on children's rights and extracurricular activities; generalization - to systematize data on the role of extracurricular activities as an area of child development and socialization; empirical: questionnaires, interviews, conversations. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities” the regulatory and legal framework and the socio pedagogical aspect of the concept of children's rights are revealed, extracurricular activities are considered as a sphere of child development and socialization, and the problems of ensuring children's rights in an extracurricular context are considered. The section 2 “Research on socio-pedagogical conditions for ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities” the current state of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities was studied, socio-pedagogical conditions were substantiated to increase the effectiveness of ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities, and practical recommendations were developed for the implementation of socio-pedagogical conditions for ensuring children's rights in extracurricular activities. Practical significance: recommendations have been developed for the implementation of socio-pedagogical conditions that can be used by teachers, administration of extracurricular institutions, schools, non-governmental organizations and local authorities to improve extracurricular activities.
