The work provides a general description of the key concepts of the study; characterizes the pedagogical possibilities of information and communication technologies in the educational process of primary school; empirically studies the state of cognitive activity in primary school students; proposes work on the implementation of information and communication technologies in primary school and practically tests their impact on the cognitive activity of students.
