Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в сучасних умовах господарювання ефективне управління фінансовими ресурсами є ключовим чинником стабільності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. В умовах економічної нестабільності, коливання валютних курсів і підвищення вартості кредитних ресурсів особливої ваги набуває здатність підприємства раціонально формувати, розподіляти та використовувати власні і залучені фінансові ресурси. Саме ефективна оцінка джерел їх формування та оптимізація напрямів використання дають змогу забезпечити фінансову стійкість і розвиток компанії. У процесі виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. На основі теоретичних положень здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «ВІВЕРА ГРУП», визначено основні джерела формування фінансових ресурсів, виявлено недоліки у їх використанні та запропоновано шляхи оптимізації управління фінансами з метою підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати дозволяють оптимізувати структуру капіталу та знизити фінансові ризики, а моделі можуть бути використані для розробки інвестиційних планів і підвищення платоспроможності ТОВ «ВІВЕРА ГРУП». The object of the research is the financial resources of VIVERA GROUP LLC and the processes of their formation and use. The aim of the qualification paper is to examine the theoretical foundations, conduct an analysis, and develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial resource management using the example of VIVERA GROUP LLC. Research methods: analysis and synthesis; structural-logical method; comparative analysis. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, under modern economic conditions, effective management of financial resources is a key factor in ensuring the stability and competitiveness of an enterprise. In the context of economic instability, exchange rate fluctuations, and rising costs of credit resources, the ability of a company to rationally form, distribute, and use both own and borrowed financial resources becomes particularly important. Effective assessment of the sources of financial resource formation and optimization of their use allows a company to maintain financial stability and support its development. During the research, the theoretical foundations of financial resource formation and use at an enterprise were examined. Based on the theoretical framework, an analysis of the financial and economic performance of VIVERA GROUP LLC was conducted; the main sources of financial resource formation were identified; shortcomings in their use were revealed, and ways to optimize financial management to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's operations were proposed.
