The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate recommendations for improving the adaptive management system of project teams in IT companies in conditions of dynamic changes in the external environment. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the modern IT sector operates in an environment of rapid technological changes, changing customer requirements and growing competition. Under such conditions, traditional approaches to project management are giving way to adaptive methodologies that provide flexibility, rapid response to changes and increased efficiency of team interaction.
