В роботі вивчено літературні джерела, які містять інформацію про стан ринку коньяків в Україні, фактори, що формують асортимент і впливають на якість коньяків та виникнення дефектів. Охарактеризовано об’єкти дослідження та описані методи оцінки коньяків, якими проводили дослідження. Проведено дослідження з правил митного оформлення та зроблена експертна оцінка якості коньяків вітчизняного виробництва. The thesis on the topic "Market Formation, Assortment and Quality Expertise of Cognacs" is devoted to the study of customs clearance of domestically produced cognacs, their quality expertise according to organoleptic and physicochemical indicators, an analysis of the competitiveness of cognacs was made and the assortment of cognacs sold in the "Mriya" store was studied, and the correctness of the labeling of the corresponding samples was determined. The paper studies literary sources that contain information about the state of the cognac market in Ukraine, factors that shape the assortment and affect the quality of cognacs and the occurrence of defects. The objects of the study are characterized and the methods of evaluating cognacs used in the study are described. A study on the rules of customs clearance is conducted and an expert assessment of the quality of domestically produced cognacs is made. The thesis contains a description of the work on labor protection. At the end, thorough conclusions are presented and suggestions for the store are given. popup.nrat_date 2026-02-02 Close
