Кузнеця Опис This work deals with concretized methods and models used by the participants of stock markets and with management of securities investment attractiveness on the basis of their market value. The actions performed during long-term and short-term intervals are divided according to the length of influence. The logical model of selecting the optimal method of influence on securities market value and function is suggested. The participants of stock exchange as well as the regulative body are suggested to take into account the possibility of considered operations influence on the variation of securities market value.
