As a result of research at the Institute of Horticulture NAAS will develop modern technologies and recipes of domestic, environmentally friendly competitive food products of modern level with high content of biologically active substances for health and preventive purposes based on fruit and other natural local medicinal and spicy aromatic plant raw materials of Ukraine; technological schemes will be improved with the use of resource-saving modes and processing methods, competitive products will be created: soft and low-alcohol fruit drinks, ciders, table, sweet, liqueur and dessert wines. Developments will be implemented at the enterprises of fruit processing, non-alcoholic and wine industries.
The purpose of this project is to use fruit and berry, uncommon, wild and other local raw materials and the development of domestic technologies and recipes of modern level based on them for the preparation of competitive products with high content of biologically active substances, including functional and health purposes. for mass consumption.
