The test kit is planned to be based on recombinant positive control samples of specific DNA fragments of the anthrax pathogen, namely the chromosomal marker dhp61, the pagA gene fragment of the pXO1 plasmid, and the capC gene fragment of the pXO2 plasmid of Bacillus anthracis. The amplification parameters will be optimized, as well as the concentrations of reaction mixture components. Coefficients of variation within one and several independent experiments will be determined. Analytical, diagnostic sensitivity, and specificity of the method will be established. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
