Hygienic, microbiological, chemical and statistical methods were used for the investigations. It is established that the biological factor takes the leading place among all other studied work-related factors in the processing of the vegetable raw material (rapeseed) into the biofuel. The relation of the content of microorganisms on microclimatic indices and dust concentrations was found. The measures on prevention of unfavourable effect of work conditions on the workers' health have been proposed, basing on the hygienic assessment of modern technologies The comprehensive assessment of technologies for receiving the biofuel from the vegetable raw material (rape) was made for the first time and the presence of a large number of microfungi was established, which can be the most significant risk factor for individuals, working with the vegetable raw material.
