The characteristics of the got structures were investigated, including field research of hysteresis phenomena in three-layer heterostructures with nanosized films of binary oxides (TiOx, NbOx, CuOx) and different metal electrodes (Ag, Ti, Al, Nb) by atomic force microscopy at the ultrahigh-vacuum nanotechnological facility "Nanofab-100". Proposed and practically realized new technology of veed contacts of precious metal with yttrium baric cuprate. This technology allows reducing significantly the irregularity of the edge limit YBCO with strontium titanate substrate. Double-layer memristoring systems based on entangled transition metal oxides were created and their characteristics were investigated. Examined characteristics of oxide materials and metal electrodes, as well as the selection of the optimum materials with their further use in multilevel logic systems were proved.
