It has a marked but often differently directed effect on humoral and cellular immunity depending on cell number, their origin, their initial functional state, the influenced cell types and particularities of lymphocyte differentiation stages within immune response formation. Contact interaction has main impact in the process of activation and differentiation of lymphocytes but humoral influence provides a positive effect during the negative consequences abrogation in the realized model of prolonged stress. It manifested by a rapid healing of gastric ulcers and restoration of activity of the immune system, which makes the MSCs therapy a promising long-term stress reaction treatment in a future.
