The essence was determined and the concept of current assets of the enterprise was specified; classification of current assets was improved. The basic features of retail industry were singled out; specific features of current assets of retailers were identified. The classification of the factors influencing the formation of current assets was proposed. The conceptual model of influence factors on the formation of current assets of retailers was developed. The sources of financing of current assets at trade enterprises were determined and their classification was proposed. The relation between the types of policies of current assets and their funding policies was established. Criteria of selection the financing models of current assets, features of financing the current assets at trade enterprises were defined. The content and objects of management process of current assets and content of management financing current assets of the enterprise were specified. A structural and logical model: management of current assets of trade enterprises and the management of current assets financing were developed. The method of multicriteria optimization of funding of current assets was proposed. The approbation of the submitted designs was executed.
