Purpose - to determine the predicative value of clinical and laboratory features for the development of thrombosis in patients with Ph-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms. Research methods - clinical, hematological, statistics. It was determined that the best predictive factor for the development of thrombosis in spontaneous SP values of hematocrit is 55%, and white blood cells - 13,2 х 109 /L. The factor "hematocrit 55% (area under the curve (AUC) = 0.67) and" 13,2 х 109 leukocytes / L "(AUC = 0.66) characterized Better for predicting cardiovascular complications. Predicate on the development of cardiovascular events in patients with SP who suffered from the Chernobyl accident, was thrombocytosis 440,0 х 109 / L, which is characterized very good (AUC = 0.84) level of efficiency prediction model. The most pathognomonic for predicting thrombosis WBC ET patients without a history of radiation is 10,0 х 109/L. Efficiency marker "leukocytes 10,0 х 109 /L" for predyktsiyi spontaneous thrombosis in ET corresponds very good predictive model (AUC = 0.72).
