Research is devoted to the peculiarities Analytical Support HR strategy. Object is design personnel management system of industrial enterprises at different stages of its operation as a tool for strategic planning of industrial enter-prise. The subject of the study is the economic and administrative relations between subjects and objects of management, resulting in the design of the personnel management system of industrial enterprise. The purpose of the research of is to develop theoretical positions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for designing EMS as a tool for strategic planning of industrial enterprise.. Research methods to determine design of PAF in enterprises were economic-mathematical and statistical techniques, including morphology and comparative analysis, synthesis, comparison and classification methods, modeling, expert assessment of personality, opinion polls. Main scientific results: The implementation of the proposed principles, methods and algorithm design PAF, will transform human resources into the main competitive advantage of industrial enterprises in its market segment, significantly increase the competitive sustainability of the enterprise in the medium and long term.
