The purpose of the research work: to determine the mechanisms of the construction, functioning and development of a system of scientific support for military education that would meet European standards. The system approach and general scientific methods of research are used in the work, namely: qualitative description, expert evaluation, observation, abstraction, idealization, formalization, comparison.
