The research devoted to develop theoretical and methodological principles and tools for modelling and forecasting of socio-ecological-economic parameters (taking into account their interaction, synergy and diffusion effects) on the sustainability of the national economy. Methods of research - combination traditional and modern methods, taking into account the shortcomings of existing ones. The paper uses mathematical modelling with purpose to determinate the parameters of a national economy convergent which, unlike the existing, takes into account the basic principles of system dynamics and synergy. As a result of the work, the arrays of econometric data describing the social, ecological and economic conditions of the national economy were formed and optimized, which would allow constructing an economic and mathematical model for assessing the stability of the national economy. For the first time, along with a static indicator of macroeconomic stability, it is proposed to calculate its dynamic indicator, which will allow taking into account the nature of the key indicators trends of the model when constructing the corresponding state policy.
