The purpose of the work was to study the peculiarities of aggressive behavior of animals under the influence of magnetic field pulses, the study of the role of the dopaminergic system of the brain in the realization of the effects of the magnetic field, and also the study of the effects of electrical stimulation (ES) of the cerebellum on convulsive activity. Methods of investigation: transcranial magnetic stimulation and ES of brain in rats, injection of pharmaceuticals. Studies have shown that aggressive behavior in rats is inhibited by transcranial magnetic stimulation and this effect is realized due to activation of dopaminergic mechanisms of the brain. The combined use of axinibine (5.0 mg/kg) and ES of the cerebellum (5 sessions) prevents the occurrence of behavioral and electrographic manifestations of convulsions in kindling rats. The obtained results are valuable for the development of methods for correction of aggressive behavior and treatment of seizures.
