The reasons and preconditions of social conflicts are revealed and the specifics of their manifestation in educational, family and professional environment, on-line space and in the context of formation of approaches to realization of social policy are revealed. The socio-psychological communicative resources that provide the effectiveness of solving social conflicts with the help of focussed conversation technologies, case management, social online dialogue and online mediation, interactive dialog interaction and cognitive oriented communication are determined. Socio-psychological parameters are revealed that reveal signs of constructiveness/ destructiveness of conflicts in different segments of social practice. The effects of communication revealed in the process of applying social-psychological communicative technologies for resolving social conflicts are outlined. The peculiarities of the influence of communicative technologies on the emergence of new subjects (virtual social communities, virtual coalitions) are determined. A complex of sequential communication operations (communicative algorithms) was developed to provide constructive interpersonal communication in various aspects of social relations and organization of the target communicative space.
