It is shown that the Q223R polymorphism of LEPR is closely related to the development of overweight and obesity. However, in women, the presence of the G allele (homozygotes GG and heterozygotes AG) was associated with an increase in BMI> 25, an increase in levels of LDL and C peptide. Analysis of TNF-alpha polymorphism at -308G> A site revealed differences in the frequency of genotypes GG, AG and AA due to a higher proportion of allele A among diabetic patients. Comparison of laboratory parameters in diabetic patients with different genotypes revealed that individuals with genotype GG recorded higher glycosylated hemoglobin and preprandial glucose, insulin, triglycerides and total cholesterol. This reflects the role of the IL-6 gene polymorphism in the development of hyperinsulinemia, and is believed to be resistant to insulin. The development of cardiovascular complications in patients with CD2 was associated with the EDNRB-rs5351 polymorphism but was more dependent on the duration of diabetes.5481 Product Description popup.authors Сулаєва Оксана Миколаївна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
